[phablet-shell] should use the adb shell user as ssh login account

Bug Description
It's now hardcoded with phablet account. When working on a engineering device, the adb shell is not necessary running as `phablet`, but root account (for debug purpose).
It should use the same account on both adb shell and ssh.
