Here map doesn't save any offline data

Hope this is the right place to report this bus.
Since the first start, Here map navigator doesn't allow to save any kind of offline map.
Once selected area it's freezed on 'Start your download' with the visual of Your min zoom level and Your max zoom level.
If you click on save, the button will be disabled and nothing more, I also tried to select small area and left the phone on more than half an hour without success.
