Bug Description

The dbus call executed when phablet-config edges-intro is run seems to require authorization when executed as a non-root user:

phablet@ubuntu-phablet:~$ dbus-send --system --print-reply --dest=org.freedesktop.Accounts /org/freedesktop/Accounts/User32011 org.freedesktop.DBus.Properties.Set string:com.canonical.unity.AccountsService string:demo-edges variant:boolean:true
Error org.freedesktop.Accounts.Error.PermissionDenied: Authentication is required

this function then needs to move into the property service and phablet-config needs to change to call it instead

This bug was fixed in the package dbus-property-service - 0.6
