Bug Description

Hi,

xtrabackup is a tool to backup/restore MySQL DB
(including complex sharded InnoDB Cluster cases).

It used to be in Ubuntu 18.04 but gone:

Note:
Data Platform team needs to provide backup/restore functionality for MySQL charm:

https://github.com/canonical/mysql-operator/

Percona XtraBackup tool is only an open-source tool to perform it properly for all MySQL InnoDB Cluster usage corner cases.

IMPORTANT: it is missing critical to have identical version for mysql-server and xtrabackup (including minor versioning).

As a first step, Lena is going to create Jammy-based PPA to deliver DPE team percona-xtrabackup 8.0.31 (latest 8.0 at the moment). Restoring percona-xtrabackup in Ubuntu might follow later.
