No Audiodevices in KDE despite available in aplay

The audio stack has a malfunction somewhere that makes all audio devices disappear in KDE.
They are available some layers deeper though.

This happened when I moved my computer and attached a new monitor (Philips Android TV) and may be related. Other audio devices (samsung sound bar) do not work either. Replacing the TV with an asus monitor does not help.

If I start pavucontrol, there are no devices, if I use aplay they are available.

Pipewire and wireplumber show a problem with xdg-desktop-portal but I am not sure if this is related.
I tried restarting several services until they did not show errors any more. this did not help.

There is a message from wireplumber regarding libcamera. I was experimenting with libcamera in order to develop for the raspberry pi platform, but cameras where incompatible with rasberry code.
