Bug Description
Volume Control form has level regulators of different lengths. This leads to a sutuation when levels being set to equal volume appear in different positions on the form (see Volume Control form screenshort attached). Even though the screen shot shows "Output Devices" tab. The bug relates to every scale control on the form.
I would suggest scale controls to have equal percentage of the window width. Caption text could be multiline if there is not enough space on a line.
