Bug Description
When installing a Z System with 17.04 (Zesty) two dialogues related to swap file size are presented. The second seems redundant and although it asks for a maximum percentage of free space to be entered, there is no input field. Please see the attached screen shots.

Again, none of these are shown by default, you are not using the default priority for the installer?
Please note, installing with lower than default priority is not recommended for any users.
Please always attach the installer logs - either installer/ * from the installed system
a) file bug reports using ubuntu-bug from the installed system
b) attach /var/log/
c) attach /var/log/syslog and /var/log/partman from the d-i environment
(you may want to use included shell to extract those, and e.g. $ anna-install openssh- client- udeb, might be useful to scp files from the d-i environment)
