can't user_xattr be added to the mount options in manual disk config

I think you'll have to ask the kernel maintainer for this info since it depends
on if it is compiled in the kernel or not

I've added it to partman upstream as an option for ext2, ext3, and reiserfs, at
least. I haven't worked out what to do with the default yet (it'll probably
depend on whether there are any compatibility implications).
