Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1) Create a new collection and type some data in it but don't save it.
2) Click on Dashboard. Now parley says: "Vocabulary is modified. Save file before exit?"
3) Click Save and type the name of the collection without any file ending, e.g. "Verb practice".
Actual result:
Parley says: 'Writing file "" resulted in an error', closes immediately the collection and shows the Dashboard. No file is saved, and all data that was typed in is lost. This problem does not occur if the user types the file ending .kvtml while saving the collection.
Expected result:
Parley should automatically add the filed ending .kvtml to the name of the file and save it. Alternatively, it should notify the user that s/he needs to type in the file ending and give him/her another opportunity to save the file, and not close it immediately.
