Removing libpango1.0-0 broke Minecraft Launcher

Bug Description
I just updated my machine, and when I did libpango1.0-0 was removed. This removed minecraft-launcher - the (very) popular launcher for Minecraft Java edition.
I have reported this upstream, in case they can update their package https:/
I am filing this bug so we can track it internally. I personally think this shouldn't have been done this late in the cycle, but there may well have been good reasons for it.
As a result of the change though, it's now not possible to install Minecraft on Ubuntu 20.04.
