New versions of pandas have been uploaded to the eoan and bionic unapproved queues:

As Eoan is currently correctly built for armhf, this fix can be held in eoan-proposed. Bionic should be released after verifying since there is a fix needed for Eoan users on armhf here.

OpenStack smoke testing was successful on bionic-proposed:

Subsequently, the Ubuntu Stable Release Updates Team is being unsubscribed and will not receive messages about this bug report.
