Bug Description
When there are resources at the edge of the screen which are supposed to be interacted with a mouse, they are impossible to work with because the moment the mouse reaches the edge, the scroller appears and covers the clickable controls. It would be better to create a scrollbar, and not make it appear as a overlay, especially in fullscreen mode. A screenshot is attached for reference.
In the screenshot, when the mouse moves upto the directory selector marked with three dots (...) the scroller follows, and prevents clicking.
