scrollbars sometimes hard to see against orange UI elements

Occassionally scrollbars are hard to see when they appear next to other similarly coloured UI elements. Ideally it'd be nice to always see them no matter what's going on the application.

I don't particularly know how to fix this (or whether it's that important), other than making sure scrollbars have a slightly different shade of orange. That might be too much of a change for such a small problem though!
