In unity or fluxbox:
export LIBOVERLAY_SCROLLBAR=0 -> tuxcmd start OK
export LIBOVERLAY_SCROLLBAR=1 -> tuxcmd start FAIL

Marking as a duplicate of bug #916295. You don't need to file separate bugs for bugs affecting multiple packages. You can just mark a single bug as affecting multiple projects.
