Bug Description
The xchat-gnome user list (in the bottom left of the screen when you're in a chat room) has an overlay scrollbar, but clicking and dragging on it does not move it. Nor does clicking the page-down button.

It seems to happen with other applications. For me, it is transgui that doesn't work well with overlay-scrollbar. Both in natty and oneiric.
