custom scrollbars do not properly handle freezing/thawing

Bug Description

This is a bug in Ubuntu. Their custom scrollbars do not properly handle
 freezing/thawing.

 You can disable the custom scrollbars on Ubuntu using the following
 command:
 gsettings set com.canonical.desktop.interface scrollbar-mode normal

 Please contact Ubuntu support to report this bug in Ubuntu.

This but was first reported unde Filezilla 3.9.0.1 but is also under 3.9.0.6
Ubuntu 14.10, 64 bit, latest updates on dec 1, 2014

I can confirm this bug.
"I connect to a server, then establish a connection to a different server in a new tab.
Instead of creating a new tab alongside the old one, it creates a new screen that overlays the old one (but is slightly smaller).
There is no way to switch between the two tabs."
