Bug Description
In geany (and maybe other text editors with code folding), the overlay scrollbar shrinks (or even splits into two parts) when scrolling down. This happens when all sections of the text are collapsed (not folded).
It seems it is not rendered probably or some areas are not refreshed.
geany 1.23 (compiled with GTK 3.6.0, GLib 2.34.0)
