It failed to configure the database through mysql and pgsql.
An error message about missing .pm files in the Kernel directory was displayed

This is the problem, I hope that be useful:
Creating config file /etc/apache2/conf.d/otrs2 with new version
ERROR: Module perl does not exist!
dpkg: error al procesar otrs2 (--configure):
 el subproceso script post-installation instalado devolvió el código de salida de error 1
