package otrs2 2.4.7-1ubuntu0.1 failed to install/upgrade: subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 10

I'm pretty sure that the problem here is that otrs needs a database, but I didn't think of that so none is installed. Why can't it just depend on a little package which asks what database to install? Otherwise someone like me who knows very little about database administration and configuration has to uninstall otrs, install a database again and then try again so that otrs can do the configuration for me.
