Bug Description

Binary package hint: os-prober

The linux-boot-probes section of os-prober contains detection and parsing for grub, grub2, and lilo. This patch adds support for syslinux/extlinux/isolinux parsing.

I wrote this because MeeGo uses extlinux as its boot loader, for reasons not entirely clear to me.

This change goes with bug #675223, which actually adds the MeeGo detection support.

Thanks for your patch! I'll take care of getting it into Debian. Would you mind attaching an example syslinux configuration file so that I have a test case?

Wow... apparently this is a Firefox bug. I apparently didn't have read permissions for the file I was trying to send... so Firefox just sent nothing. :(
