version update needed

Hello, to use openvpn-dco in the latest OpenVPN version we need an updated driver. as described in my issue https://github.com/OpenVPN/ovpn-dco/issues/27 ovpn-dco kernel module older than v0.2.20230323 will not work anymore and must be upgraded. new version ovpn-dco kernel introduces ovpn-dco-v2.ko and allows openvpn to start correctly. this repo contains an older version of the driver not compatible with the latest version of openvpn. after manual adding openvpn-dco 0.2.20230323-1 everything works correctly.
