Bug Description
I faced the error following the guide published at:
http://
Installation of opensc fails if libopensc2 is installed and it runs smoothly when the latter isn't.
Although libopensc2 is not automatically selected by the package manager (synaptic) it seems from the guide that it is recommended, hence why I tried to install it.
I would say severity of this issue is rather low because it's about installing a specific software that is required in only one region of Italy.

Title: package opensc (not installed) failed to install/upgrade: tentata sovrascrittura di "/etc/opensc/
UpgradeStatus: No upgrade log present (probably fresh install)
The issue is in the source control file for the opensc 0.13.0-3ubuntu4.1 package (which has not been superseded since this was opened). The binary opensc package has the fields
Replaces: libopensc2 (<< 0.12.0)
Conflicts: libopensc2 (<< 0.12.0), mozilla-opensc
where 0.12.0 should be bumped to 0.13.0.
