OO.o version: 1:3.0.1-9ubuntu3
== How to reproduce ==
1. Create a new presentation.
2. Click 'Table Design' on the right.
3. Click one of the styles.
4. Confirm the creation of a new table.
5. Click another style.
6. Undo the last two steps (Ctrl+Z). You should have an empty presentation again.
7. Click one of the styles.
8. Confirm the creation of a new table.
9. Crash.

This appears to be fixed in OOo 3.1.0 which will be in Ubuntu 9.10 Karmic.
