Bug Description

Importing the python binding of opencv fails due to undefined symbols in libgdal:

$ python3 -c "import cv2"
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "<string>", line 1, in <module>
ImportError: /lib/libgdal.so.28: undefined symbol: _ZN6libdap5ErrorD1Ev
