Bug Description

Binary package hint: ogmrip

Randomly the synchronisation Audio/Video doesn't match when ripping a DVD on the profile: Copy - No encoding.

Basically I rip a lot of DVD and randomly (about 20% of what I rip) is not synchronised. The difference of synchronisation is frames per second (fps), it is not a certain time (like 3 or 4 seconds during the whole film) it increases with the during the film, so it could be that in some DVD the OGM doesn't recognise the PAL or NTSC and rip the video in one format and the audio in another one.

So when I rip the same DVD (that didn't work with copy no encoding) in profile encoging to x264+AAC, there is no problem at all, perfectly synchronised.

I also encountered this kind of problem. I have a cheap dash cam and I downloaded the recorded video from it to my Ubuntu 18.04. Its an MP4 format but when I play the video using the Ubuntu default video application the synchronization of the Audio/Video does not match to each other. Is this a bug?
