Add easy to use language selection from within GUI

Bug Description

In relation to https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ocrfeeder/+bug/677608 , I would like to have an easy way to select the language to use for the OCR process. I suggest adding it to to OCR-program menu.
Maybe OCRFeeder can also detect the installed OCR-files and when I press the button "Detect" automatically create an entry for every found OCR engine and language?
