Bug Description

On my Thinkpad T61 using Nvidia 340.108 driver, I regularly see graphics distortions returning from suspend. (Not completely sure if it also appears after screen lock.)

Same for me.
Seems something related to Chrome or Chromium.
The bug was also present in older versions of the driver.
Sometimes garbage disappers closing Chrome/Chromium and reopening soon after.

Your are right that Chromium seems often affected, but this is by no means limited to Chromium. See next screen shot, where Document Viewer (evince) is affected.
