Hello, I was experiencing something similar. I'd like to request some data from you; seems we might have duplicate bugs, so I'm trying to narrowing if they all are reporting the same failures, and I have a potential fix for it.
Please, try to rebuild the packages by running (as root): dkms/dkms_ autoinstaller start <your_kernel_ version> " dkms/dkms_ autoinstaller start 4.15.0-21-generic"
"/usr/lib/
For example: "/usr/lib/
After that, collect the build log and attach it here. It's present usually at: dkms/nvidia- 340/<your_ nvidia_ pkg_version> /build/ make.log"
"/var/lib/
Thanks,
Guilherme
