Bug Description
Binary package hint: update-manager
'Distribution Upgrade' process produces the following error towards the end of installing the upgrades:
"Could not install the upgrades.
The upgrade has aborted. Your systedm could be in an unusable state. A recovery will now run (dpkg --configure -a). Please report this bug against the update-manager package and include the files in /var/log/

this is the last of the files in /var/log/ dist-upgrade. system_ state.tar. gz is some sort of pbackup of the state before upgrading, so assume it isnt interesting for this bug report.
