Same crash here on Ubuntu 8.04 AMD64 Alpha 4 with all updates installed.

Same crash here on Ubuntu Hardy (kernel 2.6.24-7) AMD64 running on Intel Core2

Got the crash on several pages, for example my space.
Got flash 9,0,115,0
Hardy 2.6.24-8-generic 64 bit (also core 2 duo)

same exact problem on hardy (core 2 duo)

Got also a crash while visiting Nvidias homepage. (kernel 2.6.24-8-generic, Lenovo T61 laptop, Ubuntu Hardy Alpha5 64-bit)

The only thing we can do is to summit a bug report to adobe.

I am changing status to confirmed as a number of people have confirmed this bug.

Does anyone here NOT have an SMP system? In other words, does anyone NOT have a multiprocessor or multicore system? You may see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Symmetric_multiprocessing#SMP_capable_processors for a list of SMP capable processors.

Additionally, I would appreciate if some people look at Bug 193811. It may be either a duplicate of this bug or at least related, but it would be appreciated if we can make sure first. Thank you.

Stefan, I'll try your fix as soon as I fix the latest broken packages on my system.

The old saw that "you can't prove a negative" applies, but so far I am not reproducing the problem after installing the new .deb.

Stefan, no crashes yet after the new nspluginwrapper installed. (They were happening quite frequently prior and so hopefully this fixed the issue.)

Using the latest Hardy Alpha 6 packages in the repositories, I received this crash today, visiting Google Analytics. Running 64-bit Ubuntu with proprietary Nvidia drivers.
