nova-vncproxy conflicts with novnc

Bug Description
On essex, it is not possible to install both nova proxy (novnc and nova-vncproxy) on the same machine as nova-vncproxy has a conflicts with novnc:

According to this post, this is not the case on the debian package

It could be handy to have the 2 different proxy on the same box so one single machine could be dedicated to host both vnc proxy services (1 for horizon, the other one for the java client).
