Bubble uses huge size after setting it to normal in accesibility

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to System Settings > Universal Access > Seeing, and change text size to any other size
2. Wait sec and then change it to "normal"
3. Trigger a notification, e.g. at a terminal type: notify-send "Foo" "Bar"

What happens: Notifications are still the size you briefly chose.
What should happen: They're normal size.
