Bug Description
Using 20.04.2-latest, when installing notepadqq: it fails to properly integrate into MATE/brisk panel.
Recreation steps:
1. sudo apt install notepadqq -y
2. MATE MENU -> search for "notepad" = Sorry, no items found.
