Bug Description
[Availability]
The package is currently in universe with no deltas with Debian. The s390x version in Debian is a +b1 the change log notes that it was a binary-only upload with no source changes to rebuild against glibc (>= 2.19-9).
[Rationale]
The Ubuntu Server team wishes to seed the package in ubuntu-server image.
nicstat prints network traffic statistics and is useful in understanding when network traffic is occurring, what interfaces are doing what, and how much traffic is occurring. It is a great general utility for determining network related issues as well.

nicstat still has the one open bug that would be trivially fixable: https:/ /bugs.launchpad .net/ubuntu/ +source/ nicstat/ +bug/1487190 (it contains a patch). It is also missing a team bug subscriber the package, for the team willing to support it in main.
Please fix the above issues.
