Bug Description
The network manager applet "warns" that network manager must be >=0.8.9997 and that it found 0.9.0. I.e. the requirement is satisfied, but it looks at first glance to be an error. Screenshot attached.

there's no such string on network-manager, that's a networkmanagement issue, reassigning.
