Bug Description
In Ubuntu MATE 20.04: If I connect to or disconnect from a VPN, I get a notification that says something like "disconnected from Network". This is too generic. Every notification involving a VPN change should specify the VPN connection name, and the underlying network interface name too. Every notification involving a network interface change (such as enabling/disabling Wi-Fi or Ethernet) should specify the network interface name. Every notification involving Wi-Fi should specify the Wi-Fi network name. Always give as much information as possible and reasonable. Thanks.
