After update Ethernet not working - Connection failed

Bug Description

In a fresh ubuntu 18.04 installation after running:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade

Ethernet stopped working and I'm receiving the error:

Connection failed - "Activation of network connection failed"

This was the packages I upgraded:
