Bug Description

Ubuntu doesn't change IP over DHCP when you quickly switch to another network. How to reproduce: use 2 routers with different DHCP pools configured. When you change your patch cord from one to another quickly, then system will not change it's own IP address and you can't access network because you have wrong IP for this network. It can be same problem as described in another bug: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/network-manager/+bug/1687089

In order to fix this bug existing kernel version should be updated.

After rebooting one can get faster connectivity.
