Add a context via the command line scripts or via the QML api.
A context added signal is issued by ofono (per dbus-monitor --system "interface=

Could you try this with NetworkManager running in debug mode? It would be useful to have all the logs from NetworkManager.
To do this, you can edit /etc/init/ network- manager. conf; to add --log-level=debug to the Exec line.
The logs will be in /var/log/syslog.
