Bug Description
In quantal, the network-manager indicator progressed straight from "connecting" (pulsing/rippling wifi symbol) to "connected" (static wifi signal level indicator) when successfully connected.
In raring, it shows the "disconnected" (outlined empty lack of wifi symbol) symbol for a half-second or so between "connecting" and "connected", provoking a moment's concern of "What? My wifi connection failed?" until the user learns to tolerate this quirk.
