Hello,

1. sometimes after resuming from hibernation, although network manager can see wireless networks, it cannot connect to any of them.
OK! I found that this bug is a the same as <https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/dhcdbd/+bug/88327> but network manager has another problem as well:

2. sometime after resuming from hibernation, network manager cannot detect my network cards.

OS: Ubuntu Feisty 7.04
uname -r: 2.6.20-15-386
laptop model: Sony Vaio VGN A230p
