Bug Description
Network Manager applet VPN Configure VPN tab page does not have the Add button enabled even though network-
Ubuntu Lucid 10.04
$ apt-cache policy network-

To recreate:
- Make sure network-
- Select VPN Connections-
- Add button is not enabled to create a new VPN connection
