Bug Description

Binary package hint: network-manager-openvpn

OpenVpn supports http proxy tunnels and you can enable it with the config file but you can't with the openvpn applet

The proxy method may also require authentication and thus a new password prompt.

actually, it's patch which enable proxy and verbose output.
