export button doesn't export routes

I'm migrating from a laptop running 14.10 to another running 15.04.

0. On 14.10 machine
1. click network manager icon
2. click 'edit connections'
3. select VPN network and click 'Edit...'
4. select 'IPv4 Settings'
5. click 'Routes...'
6. add a route
7. click 'ok'
8. click 'Save...'
9. click 'Edit...' (again)
10. click 'Export...' and save the file somewhere
11. examine contents of file

ACTUAL: no routes specified
EXPECTED: routes specified

Predictably, when attempting to 'Import a save vpn configuration...' on the 15.03 machine using the above file, no routes are configured.

Please consider exporting the entire configuration - configuring routes is quite a laborious task.
