Network Manager not seeing wireless

Bug Description
Everytime I reboot (because the exceptions during a year are countable with countable with fingers) the network-manager says there is no wireless interface--in its own way. What do I mean? Well, when I right click the applet, the 'Enable Wireless' option is greyed-out. In fact, the module wl doesn't load sometimes, but here is why I consider this bug to belong to network-

Today (2010 April 4th) I booted after the updates and the network was loaded nicely. I thought that attaching a dmesg of it would be a fine addition to this bug. I will attach a dmesg when it doesn't load.
