Bug Description

If you connect to a WPA2-Enterprise network and do not choose a CA cert, you will be presented with a modal dialog in which neither option can be selected with the mouse or keyboard. The mouse focus is still on the window underneath.

Is this a regression from Quantal? I haven't seen it. Could you please add a screenshot of the problem?

Not a regression as far as I know. I could try a 12.10 VM later.

Okay, I have never had any problems choosing ignore in that dialog, but I haven't tested newer releases than Quantal.

I wonder which scrollbar that is involved in this. Is there any scrolling in the window behind the dialog? Also please compare with the behavior in a Quantal live CD.

Cannot replicate in Quantal live CD. Haven't tried a full install.

So, I guess it's a regression until proven otherwise.

Btw, to trigger this bug, you don't even need an actual network. You can try connecting to a nonexistant hidden network (preferably PEAP) as long as the criteria are met and no cert is chosen.

 It can happen from the network applet so long as the network actually
exists and enterprise menu comes up to configure the network.

The bug is present with both Unity and GNOME-Shell.

Affects me in 13.04 using default Ubuntu Unity. Problem goes away when I apt-get purge overlay-scrollbar which is an abomination anyway. I am amazed that anyone can get anything done with it.
