empty Volumes in Files & Folders looks odd

Bug Description
Binary package hint: netbook-launcher
Hi
When browsing Files & Folders, it will display a list of Volumes. When this section is empty it looks a bit odd. I think it would be nice to add some text in the box saying that no volume is present.
I'm not an UI expert so feel free to close this wishlist if this would look awful.
