Hi,
I can't find in the logs what went wrong on the first install, but usually those issues can be resolved with:
sudo apt-get install --reinstall libsnmp30
A bit harder (can break your system more than it is, so be careful) : remove- reinstreq --remove <package_name here>
sudo dpkg --force-
sudo apt-get update
