net-snmp-config doesn't work without /bin/bash

Gutsy+Binary package hint: libsnmp-base
Feisty- Binary package hint: libsnmp9-dev

adding the following line to /var/lib/
createUser venice MD5 "<censored>" DES
adding the following line to /usr/share/
rouser venice
shift: 485: can't shift that many
dash can't handle the number of shift in the shell script. Changing it to use /bin/bash makes it work fine :-)

This issue is still in feisty and prevents the creation of an snmpv3 user. This is the recommenced way to create SNMPv3 users. You need SNMPv3 users to use SNMPv3 so SNMPv3 is pretty much unusable by default.
