Bug Description

I have just installed Lubuntu 15.10, and have not yet changed all of my "Open With..."preferred applications.

I am using eog (Gnome Image Viewer), and wished to bring up several photos with eog from Nemo's "Open With..." context sub-menu.
I can do so, but I wished to take advantage of the option to make such choice a default one for the file type, which is possible from the "Other Application" sub-menu item.
Unfortunately, from within a Nemo window, there is no "Other Application" sub-menu item.

I have Nemo run my desktop, and since there are photos there, I was able to try to do the same thing there.

THAT "Open With..." context sub-menu DOES have the "Other Application" sub-menu item.

I don't know why it should make a difference, but it does.

The "Other Application" option is available from the Desktop, but not from within a Nemo window.

Well, TODAY, for some reason, Nemo has started including "Other Application" from the sub-menu within Nemo windows...

(...good thing I got a screenshot yesterday showing it NOT being included in the sub-menu, or you guys would think I was imagining things...!)
